  No communication and confusion between the person who comes out to quote and the people who actually do the work. So far no work yet they have my deposit. I don't have time to deal with poor customer service. So far not happy....
  Update: The office person I spoke to made it sound like it was MY fault for their internal scheduling issue. Told me that they had to pull workers off of another job to get mine done-that sounds like a staffing issue and not my problem. Not all of the work was completed and I had to call them to come back out to finish the work.
